Enquiries and engagement
Submitting an enquiry does not create a paid engagement. Before you commit, we provide a quotation and client agreement specifying the scope, currency, total price including applicable taxes, timetable and cancellation terms. Work begins after agreement, cleared initial payment, completed onboarding and required materials. These website terms describe the standard offer; the agreed written scope identifies your particular deliverables.
Services and pricing
Essential Authority covers one individual over 30 calendar days (£750 / ₦1,500,000 / US$950). Executive Authority covers one individual over 60 days (£2,500 / ₦5,000,000 / US$3,200). Global Recognition covers one individual and one associated company over 90 days (£5,000 / ₦10,000,000 / US$6,500). Full inclusions are on the package comparison. Market prices are fixed commercial prices, not currency conversions.
The initial assessment costs £150 / ₦300,000 / US$190, is paid upfront and is delivered within five working days after payment and receipt of information. Its fee is credited against a package purchased within 30 days, applied to the first instalment. An evidence-based finding of ineligibility is a valid assessment outcome.
Payments
Essential is paid in full upfront. Executive is 60% upfront and 40% when agreed drafts are supplied for review. Global is 50% upfront, 25% on delivery of the day-30 milestone and 25% on delivery of the day-60 milestone. Invoices fall due within seven calendar days. Third-party expenses and additional work need prior written approval. Overdue amounts may cause affected work to pause after notice, with an updated timetable.
Feedback and delivery
Working days exclude weekends and England and Wales public holidays. Essential includes one consolidated revision round per written deliverable; Executive and Global include two. Provide combined feedback from a nominated contact within five working days. Included revisions are returned within five working days after complete feedback. Client delays shift affected dates. Changes outside the agreed brief require a separate approved quotation. We correct our own factual or typographical errors without using an included revision round.
Monthly support
Monitor (£350 / ₦700,000 / US$450), Maintain (£750 / ₦1,500,000 / US$950) and Grow (£1,500 / ₦3,000,000 / US$1,900) cover one individual or one company. They are billed monthly in advance and include the allowances shown on the website. Unused allowances do not roll over. Written cancellation requires 30 days’ notice; the end date and any proportionate final-period charge are confirmed in writing. No automatic recurring card billing is currently enabled.
Independent platform decisions
Fees pay for agreed research, strategy, drafting, outreach and advisory work. Wikipedia acceptance, media publication, Knowledge Panels, rankings and AI-search inclusion are not guaranteed. Eligible Wikipedia work must be neutral, sourced and appropriately disclosed. Where drafting is unsuitable, an alternative deliverable is agreed in writing. Media outreach includes pitches and follow-up, not purchased editorial acceptance.
Client responsibilities and materials
Provide accurate information, supporting sources and authority to use any supplied material or act on another person’s behalf. We may decline misleading, unlawful or unsupported requests. We obtain approval before publishing client-approved material or conducting agreed outreach. Ownership, permitted uses and any third-party licences for final deliverables are specified in the client agreement.
Cancellation, complaints and rights
See our cancellation and refund policy. Raise complaints with support@spaceaitechnology.com, including your enquiry or invoice reference. We will investigate and explain the proposed resolution. Nothing in these terms removes applicable statutory consumer rights. Any additional jurisdiction or dispute provisions will appear in the client agreement.
